What would make us feel
better than a friendly greeting especially when we are far
away home ? I do believe that personal relations are beyond
everything and I'm so pleased to manage a hotel reflecting
my thoughts. For a few days or more, we swap the hotels with
our homes and the warm welcome of the hotel staff is the
first step of making us feel amongst our friends. But that's
not enough. I'm well aware of the fact that my colleagues
have to do their very best to create an atmosphere where our
guests receive the best from their journey. The standard of
the services is the second step to make our guests enjoy
their stay and feel the mystic atmosphere of Istanbul. I
sincerely believe that Ottoman Hotel Imperial is reflecting
the characteristics of this unique city perfectly. The
services, amenities and facilities of the hotel create a
bridge between the traditional Turkish hospitality and the
friendly attitude of the modern Turkish understanding. The
decoration of the hotel (our building is originally a
historical property constructed in the mid of 1800's) and
the rooms also take our guests deep into the traditional
Ottoman culture. Besides these two important facts, I also
believe that all hotels must have a responsible tourism
policy and aim to minimize the negative environmental
impacts of the travel business, and make positive
contributions to the conservation of biodiversity, and
natural and human heritage.
